Fort Wayne Location
In 2019, we relocated to our current building at 7201 Engle Road in Fort Wayne. Parking is easily accessible immediately outside the entrance to our building.
The larger, more spacious waiting room makes it more comfortable for patients. We have expanded the number of exam rooms and procedure rooms, allowing us to treat more patients in a timely manner. We provide a number of services under the same roof - Including office visits, procedures with guided fluoroscopy, spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pain pump evaluations, trials, and refills.
